Dan has 20 years’ experience in the digital commerce space, spanning the dot.com boom, mass-market budget retail, digital downloads, department stores, high-end luxury retail and Global IT Services for Omni Channel Retail.

In 2010 he joined House of Fraser in the UK where he launched their Omni Channel Capabilities and Loyalty scheme that lead to HOF being ranked as an elite retailer. In 2013 Dan joined JAB Luxury (Labelux, LLX GBS) and drove the strategy and creation of their Demandware Practice as part of the Omni Channel transformation program; a single end to end solution (Omni Channel, Stores, Back Office) that was rolled out globally to all the luxury brands in the group, making them market leaders in the global luxury space.

In late 2017 LLX GBS was acquired by DXC.technology and Dan now heads up the Global Salesforce Commerce Cloud practice working with Global clients across Luxury, Fashion, Automotive, Tobacco and Retail Industry.
